Are you looking to make the transition from a mid to senior level leadership position to a more senior role? The Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme is an award winning leadership development programme which will help you develop your leadership capability, improve your confidence and increase your resilience. It aims to prepare you for the demands of senior leadership while focusing on the impact you can have on patient care.
Part time and spanning a two-year period, the programme leads to an NHS Leadership Academy Award in Senior Healthcare Leadership and a Masters (MSc) in Healthcare Leadership; jointly awarded by the University of Birmingham and the University of Manchester.
So far, over 2,300 leaders have participated on the programme. Nearly half of recent graduates reported a promotion during their time on the programme, and 90% attributed this directly to their learning. Many participants credit it with re-energising and focusing them on why they work in the NHS!
Applications are now open – please visit the Leadership Academy website to find out more.
Please note: Applications for the current cohort will close at 4pm on 16th November 2018.
