We have a suite of free to access leadership and management development e-learning modules available to staff who work in organisations which provide or support NHS healthcare across Kent, Surrey & Sussex.

We are pleased to advise that these elearning modules are now also available on ESR.  This means that trusts using ESR/OLM as their learning management system and elearning platform can now arrange access to a number of leadership elearning courses using their ESR/OLM login. Additionally, where access is obtained through ESR a record of this will be attached to the ESR employee record

Your Trust Learning and Development Department will be able to advise whether the ESR/OLM elearning platform is being used in your organisation. They will also be able to advise you of your login details if you do not already have these.

If your organisation does not use the ESR/OLM elearning platform, then please email us for a username and password for your NHS organisation, on kss@leadershipacademy.nhs.uk
